cult Bootcamp is a 6-week weight loss program that combines fun group workouts and personalised nutrition guidance to guarantee 2-5 kgs of weight loss. I was responsible for defining a visual Identity for the program, and extending it across channels such as the cult.fit app, outdoor communication and merchandise offered to its members.

The challenge was to create a visual identity that effectively sets the program apart from other fitness programs outside and within the cult.fit ecosystem while complementing the parent brand as a whole and positioning cult bootcamp as a standout and highly effective fitness program.

Scaling from 1 to 200 centres required integrating the bootcamp into the cult.fit app for a seamless user experience. I explored ways to enhance this experience by fostering a stronger sense of commitment and healthy competition among users, while ensuring they had a clear, real-time view of their progress throughout their weight-loss journey.
